How to create an account and view rewards

  • Before you place your order, Sign Up or Log In.

  • When you’re logged in, you can see your available reward balance. You will also receive email updates.

  • Add items to your cart on the Mom Culture site and you will see an available balance. There should also be a pop-up at the bottom of the screen to alert you there is a reward available.
  • Select “Redeem Reward” and you will see the next pop-up with a coupon code.
  • Click “Apply Code”. Or highlight and copy the code then paste during checkout into the coupon code section.

  • The site will automatically deduct the value of the reward applied, as shown in the example above.
  • Proceed with checkout as normal. You will be prompted to verify your shipping address and billing information.

Q: I started a checkout and applied my reward code, but I closed my browser and am worried I lost my reward points. How do I still use those points?

A: Not to worry! Log in to your rewards account on www.momculture.com and you will be able to access your available rewards. If you’re not able to find the available rewards on our site, check your email. The rewards emails come from the sender rewards@customer-mail.smile.io

Q: How long do my rewards last?

A: Rewards points are valid for 6 months. You will get an email 30 days before the points expire. 

Q: I am unable to use my rewards during your birthday sale. Is there a way around that? 

A: Unfortunately, no. Our system only allows the use of 1 code per purchase. The good news is that you will earn points on every purchase, regardless of if the purchase is full-price or during a seasonal sale.
